Dragonfly looked around for where she saw the barn. "I think it's...this way." she said. "Let's go." She started to pad towards the barn. Dragonfly hoped there was food here. She was hungrier than she thought. Although, a cat might live in the barn because it seemed to be a good place to sleep. She hoped if there was a cat, it would let Clove and her eat.

Clove walked slightly behind Dragonfly, allowing her to lead the way. For now she would allow Dragonfly to concentrate on leading the way, but when they got settled there would be conversation to sure. She was curious to know why a kittypet had escaped and traveled all the way out here. Of course, there was still the possible threat of there being a loner in the barn, which would most likely delay both getting a meal and conversation. Best to focus on getting there first, though. As a structure started to come into view, she paused. "Is this it?" Clove asked.

Dragonfly looked at the worn-out barn. "Yep. I smelled mouse in there, so I guess we can eat here." She stepped into the barn. There were mice in there. Lots of mice. She drooled just looking around. Dragonfly turned around and motioned for Clove to come in. "Come on, there's plenty to go around!" She was about to pounce on a mouse when she smelled cat. She shrugged it off. It must be left over.

Well, at least there were a lot of mice. It was actually surprising to see so many here, especially running around freely. Ah, if no one had claimed the barn it would be nice to stay here, at least for a while. Perhaps longer, if Dragonfly was any good at talking. Before taking up the other loner's offer, she stopped for a second to stretch and smell the air.
When she caught the scent of cat, Clove froze. That wasn't Dragonfly's scent, and it certainly wasn't herself. There was a cat living here after all. In that case, it was probably best to get Dragonfly and move on before the cat found them, no matter how good the hunting was here. "Hey, Dragonfly? Perhaps we oughta leave. I can smell cat here, and we don't wanna have ta mess with it." Please let Dragonfly listen. Dear Momma, if ya're watchin', please don' let us get caught, she silently prayed to her mother.

Rain stepped out from the shadows."You can stay, you are welcome her.There's plenty to go around, and, I haven't had company in forever, so please stay." Rain meowed.She was strong and wise, but also old enough to be a warrior.She stared at the cats.

Rain nodded, sitting down.She took a mouse from the pile and tossed it to Clove, giving another one to Dragonfly.'You could stay for a bit, I certainly wouldn't want more cats murdered from the hounds," the gray cat meowed, yawning and getting comfortable."Would you like to stay?"
